The NTLS program committee has published a background paper in the current issue of the CITE Journal outlining objectives for this year's leadership retreat:

Developing Techology Policies for Effective Classroom Practice

The objective of NTLS is to provide a common point of discussion and discourse, permitting representatives from diverse organizations and perspectives to interact. A blog has been established to support constructive reactions and responses:

This provides a mechanism for continuing dialog. Subsquently, reflective commentaries will be published by NTLS participants in the CITE Journal as well as other affiliated journals to provide a mechanism for further dissemination.
